True to the core
Our Unique WaterEye ™ Program is designed to automate building water and linked-water related energy management. These technologies that we provide firstly reduces a building’s carbon footprint (environmentally sustainable), reduce water wastage (conserve water) and, most importantly, lower water utility and sewage fees.

REITS, Hospitality and Real Estate Firms, are some of our top clients and partners. They recognise the need to reduce their contribution to global warming through adaptation of strategic, unique and patented water management technologies, that reduces their buildings' activity's carbon footprint, and at the same time giving synergistic out comes such as exponential ROI's and revenue generation.
Through our manufacturers and distribution channels, we have a large presence in the United States, and the Caribbean.
Providing asset owners with the right water management strategies is the core of what we do. Because we love the environment equally, we strive to make buildings contribute less on carbon footprint with our patented technologies.
A gap analysis identified the deficiencies in water management practices based on building activities. This defficiency was the motivation to envelop a company that would become a one-stop shop to advance water management using unique technologies. It sought to drive buildings to be more efficient, by fundamentally addressing the pipe's health, reducing water and sewer fees and lowering water consumption.
This was only possible by keeping an "eye" on the water from the point of entry into the building - our trade mark (™), the WaterEye™ technology - to its recovery and exit.
A postdoctoral project was undertaken at a research institute (University of Birmingham, United Kingdom) to understand how water and energy was connected to the process industries. The aim was to advance strategies in reducing water usage and its interrelated energy demand.
